  • "Noticeable differences are in pulling away which is now less “juddery” (an annoying trait of 350’s) and requires less revs so less tiring in traffic and I would presume is good for urban MPG.

    Throttle response is also improved……sharper!

    Accelerating up to 4000 revs is again smoother but the real difference is apparent over 4000 where the whole dynamics of the car seem more balanced, more solid,.

    Gear changes, both up and down are smoother, less lumpiness in the engine less notchy in the gear change, at all revs giving greater control of power through the twisty stuff. High speed motorway driving is also greatly improved and noticeably quieter without losing the essence of the Z!

    It is hard to say whether or not it improves performance in speed terms however when taking into account the above effects I would be surprised if there where not gains in deliverable power and therein acceleration and speed.

    In regards to the price of the kit, given the obvious cost of the cable, terminals and the benefits listed above I can honestly say that I would have paid three times what you charged and been equally satisfied."     350Z owner by email

  • "Well, earthing kits do work. The Celica is notorious for having a bad stock earthing system.

    I fitted one to my ST182 ... and it started better, ran better, the bass in the sound system was better, and the car would run in higher gears at a given revs than before without complaining (meaning better fuel consumption).
